Why This Watch Matters
The 321 caliber was not found only on early Speedmasters, it also powered some elegant Seamaster chronographs like this reference 105.004.
The Full Story
Omega proved to be inspired when creating chronographs, be that for pocket watches or wristwatches. It successfully launched one of the most iconic sports chronos, the Speedmaster, but did not forget to offer a dressier alternative via the Seamaster line. With its 35mm case and nicely balanced dial, this reference 105.004 represents perfectly the vintage chronograph you could wear under any occasion, except under water. It might have been made in the 1960s, but it still looks dashing today.

What we Love and What You Should Know
The 35mm case of this reference 105.004 is in good condition, and the engravings are still legible on the caseback. The 321 chronograph caliber operates well, and the legible silver dial shows only slight aging, mostly in the right sub-register. The lume plots are well preserved but some lume is missing from the hour hand. Overall, this is a great vintage Omega.
